Policy
For your protection, your e-mail address
will not be displayed on our site.
Please READ and agree to the following spam policy and
then proceed to the terms of service area.

Members
may not promote 6 Minutes to Riches or any of it’s program components,
the 6 Minutes name or copyrighted material, except in the format
provided and/or approved on a case-by-case basis.

marketing formats are included in the Members Area of the site.

may not “SPAM” or send unsolicited e-mail advertising
the web site including, but not limited to, the 6 Minutes site and
the member’s personalized site.

may not “SPAM” or send unsolicited e-mail or communications
to advertise the 6 Minutes program or any component thereof, including
any postings to Usenet Newsgroups, chat rooms, forums, instant messengers,
MIRC, fax or voice blasts, 3rd party advertisers, bulk e-mail blasters,
harvested email lists, or any other on-line communication system.
If spam is reported you must be able to provide proof of an agreement
by the recipient to receive information.
- If you are reported
to us or our server company as a spammer, you will immediately and
without notice be suspended and lose all access to the 6 Minutes
to Riches site, and it’s components, sale processing, and profits
from other tier reseller pages. On confirmation of proof of spam
you will lose your membership, forfeit all commissions and be banned
from ever joining in the future.
- If there is any disruption
to service or other loss incurred due to your actions we will seek
damages. You may also be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Take this seriously. Spam headers reveal your location and other
details and internet providers and spam IS traceable!

Any responsible
party who uses any 6 Minutes to Riches resource, web site, or personal
URL for spamming, will also be liable for any expenses incurred
by 6 Minutes to Riches and associates thereof, to reverse any actions
taken by our server company or any other services as a result of
their spamming. In short. SPAM DOES NOT PAY. It costs!

Members
also agree to not contact buyers or other resellers to send out
any programs or promotions or advertisements PERIOD! Un-requested
email is spam and you will be expelled and lose all member privileges
including your place in the 3 tier reseller compensation plan. This
includes any correspondence that contains an email signature referring
to any offer of any kind.

our NO SPAM policy.
