6 Minutes to Riches understands our members' concerns regarding the privacy of the information they share with us. We hold our members, and the information they share with us, in the highest regard. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us. We will not sell, share, or rent your information to others in any ways different from those disclosed in this statement.

We collect information as you enter. Our goal is to give you the highest level of service possible. During the signup process, you are prompted to supply us with verifiable contact information. This information must be provided in order to complete your signup and contact you regarding your membership.

By using the 6 Minutes to Riches site and all contained herein, you agree:


1. NEVER to use SPAM in ANY form to promote this site. (What is considered spam? You may be surprised!)


2. Not to share your login information with anyone else.


3. You agree to receive periodic emails from 6 Minutes to Riches regarding special announcements, member updates & promotions.


4. You will not hold 6 Minutes to Riches accountable for any loss of service or other due to circumstances beyond our control.


5. Members may not promote, steal, borrow or use 6 Minutes to Riches or any of it's program components, content, the 6 Minutes to Riches name, or copyrighted material, except in the format provided and/or approved on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable marketing formats are included in the Members Area of the site. ONLY these are approved by 6 Minutes to Riches.

7. Members also agree to not contact buyers or other resellers to send out any programs or promotions or advertisements PERIOD! Un-requested email is spam and you will be expelled and lose of all member privileges including your place in the 3 tier reseller compensation plan. This includes any correspondence that contains any email signature referring to any offer of any kind.

8. Members may not use harvested e-mails or lists of any kind or third party list providers regardless of any claim to be 100% optin, as the integrity cannot be verified. To use them you are risking YOUR income.

You agree to ONLY use the resources provided by 6 Minutes or on a case by case basis approved by 6 Minutes to Riches.

9. From time to time these Terms of Service may be altered or updated. You agree to read any notification of changes by email or to check here periodically to ensure you are operating within current policies.

10. In no event will 6 Minutes be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. 6 Minutes does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the reseller program and/or the services it provides.

11. 6 Minutes makes no guarantees nor any claims whatsoever as to the amount of income an individual may or may not earn, if any. The amount of money made is solely dependent on the efforts of each member.

12. 6 Minutes reserves the right to modify this agreement and/or its services temporarily or permanently at any time. Any scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance to members.

13. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate any member violating our terms and conditions.

14. You may cancel your membership at any time. You understand that when you cancel your membership you forfeit all member services and privileges.
